Boys at the College are getting to the chance to get to grips with contemporary dance as part of a weekly dance club.

Rob Mennear, director of All Boys Dance, is running the club on Mondays from 3-4pm.

He teaches dance across the South West in a wide range of schools, colleges and professional development programmes.

"We are very lucky to have someone like Rob come and work with our boys," said Dance teacher Miss Hill.

"He will be working with them to devise a show which will be performed as part of the College's Christmas show.

"This group is open to all key stages and abilities and the boys learn so many skills like collaborative working as well as the physical challenge.

"It doesn't matter if you dance all the time or have never danced before - come along and take part."

Year 8 student Caleb said he "really enjoys" being part of the club.

"Not a lot of boys do it and I think it's good to do something different," he said.

"It keeps you fit and I'm looking forward to learning new skills and moves."
