The winners of the Spring numeracy challenge have been announced with an array of prizes handed out.

The challenge was launched in a Year 7 assembly and encouraged students to combine Mathematics with artistic prowess.

"Students were proud of their achievements and the Geo Stars they created were separated into two piles; most mathematical and most artistic."

Mrs Blakeman said the winners were chosen after "much deliberation".

The  prize for Mathematical Accomplishment went to Emily and the prize for Artistic Accomplishment went to Brodie while the Tutor Group with the most correct entries was Mr Fleetwood's group 7.3 who will have a film reward afternoon.
