Thanks to their exceptional performance, these pupils were then selected to help deliver a Primary Leadership Conference the following week, working alongside leaders from other local secondary schools. Their contribution was truly impressive, earning glowing feedback from one of the attending primary school teachers:

"I wanted to take a moment to share some very positive feedback regarding the young sports leaders from your school who supported the Sports Leaders Conference 2026. Their professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for helping younger pupils were evident throughout the day. Each student conducted themselves with maturity and politeness, and they worked together confidently and respectfully. They were a real credit to your school and PE department. I would also like to highlight one particular student—a boy with strawberry-blonde hair—who especially stood out. His leadership, calm manner, and willingness to step in wherever needed made a noticeable difference to the pupils in his group. His attitude and work ethic were exceptional."

We are incredibly proud of all our Year 9 Sports Leaders for representing our school so brilliantly. Their dedication, teamwork, and leadership continue to inspire younger students and make a real difference in our community.
