Carla delivered a powerful and inspiring speech highlighting the remarkable women who have shaped history - both in Romania and around the world - in fields ranging from medicine and sports to aviation and law. With incredible confidence and passion, she honoured the contributions of women of all generations, giving special thanks to mothers and grandmothers whose dedication often goes unseen.

Reflecting on the importance of her message, Carla said,

 "Every woman who came before us paved the way, and every woman today continues to shape the future. We must celebrate their courage, their sacrifices, and their achievements."
