The evening was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the dedication, resilience, and hard work shown by our students across all levels of the Duke of Edinburgh Award and CCF programme. Students were recognised for their achievements in volunteering, skills development, physical challenges, expedition success, and residential experiences, alongside a number of special awards for exceptional commitment and performance.

Throughout the evening, students reflected on their personal journeys and growth. Reece, Gold award participant shared:

“The Duke of Edinburgh Award has pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me grow in confidence, independence, and teamwork. I’m really proud of what I’ve achieved.”

Jack, Silver award student added:

“Completing my Silver DofE was a huge achievement for me. The expeditions were challenging, but they made the success at the end even more rewarding.”

CCF cadets also spoke about the valuable skills and experiences gained through their involvement, highlighting the confidence, leadership, and teamwork developed through the programme.

As the evening came to a close, we extended our sincere thanks to the staff whose continued support and commitment make these opportunities possible. The room was filled with pride and celebration as we recognised the achievements of all our students.
