Throughout both games, the squad demonstrated huge progress on the pitch. The boys showed a clear growth in their understanding of the game, delivering sharper attacking play and strong, disciplined defensive organization. It was particularly pleasing to see every player working hard, supporting one another, and making a key contribution to the team's overall effort.

Several players delivered standout individual performances across the afternoon:

• Blake, Harrison, and Joel impressed with their strong, confident running in attack, consistently making ground with determined ball carrying.

• Dylan and Olly led by example in defense, putting in strong tackles and working tirelessly to disrupt the opposition's momentum.

Speaking after the matches, Year 7 player Blake summed up the squad's excitement:

"We all played really well together today and communicated much better on the pitch. It felt great to get out there as a team, score some good tries, and come away seeing how much we’ve improved!"

It was a brilliant performance from start to finish. The visible improvement across both matches gives the squad plenty of positives and momentum to build on for the rest of the season.

Well done to all the players involved - a fantastic effort!
