The Aspire Community gym has been upgraded and now includes dedicated areas for cardio, free weights, and resistance machines, as well as an open plan area for floor and mat work as well as creating mini circuits. We also have a modern Fitness Studio where our classes will take place, which can also be hired privately.

The space has been developed with our community in mind, where local people have a truly local space to improve physical and mental wellbeing through regular exercise.
