A group of students were lucky enough to go and watch some exciting rugby at Twickenham - Mr Hatcliffe wrote about the trip:

After an early start and only one student sleeping in, missing their alarm clock we left for Twickenham.

We watched an entertaining women's match with Cambridge winning and having their winger crowned player of the game.

Then onto the men's match - after the national anthem another entertaining game saw plenty of the action right in front of our seats.  Oxford this time lifting the trophy.

In the evening after some photos around the stadium we went for food in Twickenham town centre before settling into our accommodation which was fantastic!  Everyone managing to have their own  double bed - mind-blowing!!

After a very filling breakfast, and getting hands-on with the Varsity trophy, we returned to Twickenham for the stadium tour going behind the scenes and managing to go into the changing rooms, the tunnel and the pitch.  Following the tour we spent time in the Museum of Rugby learning more about the history of the game, the World Cup and having a go on the interactive displays.

Everyone was brilliant during the two days and the Oxford coach commented on the positive behaviour of all our students.
