Year 8 Rounders Team Start the Season Strong with Double Victory
The Year 8 rounders' team got their season off to an impressive start with back-to-back wins in their first fixtures. Facing off against Sir John Hunt and Notre Dame, the team demonstrated skill, determination, and fantastic team spirit throughout both matches.
There were standout performances across the board, with exceptional catches on the field by Lily, and a near-flawless bowling display from Vicky.
The players showed excellent sportsmanship and high energy from start to finish. The team's enthusiasm continued well beyond the final whistle, culminating in a spirited sing-a-long of ‘Stoke Are on Fire’ on the journey home.
