U14 Girls Shine in Spirited Badminton Match Against Torbridge
Our U14 Girls Badminton team were back in action this week, taking on a strong Torbridge side. The team showed just how much progress they’ve made, delivering some fantastic rallies that seemed to go on forever and demonstrating real determination on court.
Although the overall result was a 4–1 loss, the performance from every player was outstanding. A special congratulations goes to Martha and Kennedy in Year 8, who secured a well-deserved doubles victory after a tightly contested match.
The girls’ teamwork and encouragement were clear throughout the evening, with constant support, plenty of smiles, and brilliant sportsmanship on display. To top it all off, the journey home featured a festive Christmas sing-a-long on the minibus—a perfect end to a great outing!
