Anthony has emerged as versatile athlete, skilfully covering multiple positions in the pool, from goalkeeper to right driver and pit defence, making him an important asset to every team he plays for.

Locally, Anthony competes for DRSA Water Polo (Devonport) in the Devon County U17s and Seniors leagues, as well as the Bristol and West Water Polo League. Representing Devon County, he has an incredible track record, proudly bringing home a gold medal every single time he has played for the county team.

On the national stage, Anthony plays for Newton Abbot in major tournaments. His dedication has taken him across the UK, competing in the Junior National Age Groups in Manchester and the U17s Preliminaries in Sheffield. More recently, he was selected to represent the South West region at the prestigious Inter-Regional Tournament in London just this weekend, where the team secured a fantastic second-place finish in Division 1 after brilliant wins against the North East and East regions.

Looking ahead to August, his summer is packed with high-level senior tournaments, including the famous Lyme Splash in Lyme Regis and the ZEPTA tournament, a massive three-day international competition in the Netherlands.

On top of all this, Anthony has just been selected for this year's Devon County U17 trials, which could see him competing at Millfield School this September.

"It’s been an incredible season so far, especially finishing second with the South West team in London. I love playing different positions because it means I can help the team wherever I'm needed most. I'm training hard right now because we have a massive summer ahead with the semi-finals and the international tournament in the Netherlands. I just want to keep pushing myself and see how far I can go."
