To mark the occasion, upbeat music echoed across the grounds as the mascots made a surprise grand entrance during breaktime. Students gathered, cheered, and high-fived as the four characters toured the playgrounds, showing off their best dance moves and bringing incredible house spirit to life.

Representing each of our four Houses, please give a warm welcome to:

• Mrs Bee – Representing Mayflower House 🐝

• Mr Lion – Representing Sutton House 🦁

• Mr Bear – Representing Saltram House 🐻

• Miss Fox – Representing Smeaton House 🦊

Reflecting on the excitement of the launch, House Captain Shiloh shared:

"Seeing the mascots come out into the playground with the music playing was such an amazing experience! Everyone was cheering and getting involved, and it has genuinely brought a fresh wave of excitement and house pride to all of us."

Each mascot brings a unique personality to their respective House, embodying the pride, teamwork, and positive energy that drive our House System every day.

This energetic launch was only the beginning! Mrs Bee, Mr Lion, Mr Bear, and Miss Fox will be making special appearances throughout the academic year at key events, sports fixtures, charity fundraisers, and House assemblies to cheer on our students and keep the competitive spirit thriving.

Keep an eye out across the school site to see who will be lifting the House trophy next—and don't forget to say hello to your House mascot when you see them at the next event!

Names For Our Mascots are coming soon! While we know their titles and species, official first names will be announced after half-term!
