Sports Leaders support for Primary Sports Days
It has been a very busy summer for the SDCC Sports Leaders in years 8, 9 and 10! Primary sports days are back this year and our students have supported many of these events across Plymouth, including sports days for Montpelier, St Peter’s, College Road, Ford and Stuart Road.
They have been absolutely fantastic and the feedback from the primary staff has been glowing! The sports leaders have demonstrated their 100% commitment, hard work and enthusiasm in all the events they have supported. Their roles included running track and field events, timekeeping, keeping scores and motivating students of all ages to take part in the sports day events.
These events would not be possible without the hard work of our leaders and they have been excellent ambassadors for Stoke Damerel Community College.
Well done to all the students in the Sports Leadership Academy for a great summer!
