The team demonstrated some brilliant bowling and fielding skills and were unlucky to come out on the wrong side of two very close games.

In their final match they really showed how good they are, with a convincing win over  Devonport to finish 3rd in the group.

A special shout out must go to Freddie for taking 4 wickets in 4 balls, an incredibly rare achievement, and Rio Roberts for a great one-handed match-winning catch! 

Despite facing formidable opponents, the team exhibited exceptional bowling and fielding prowess, leaving an indelible mark on the tournament.

Our Year 8 cricketers have set the stage for an exciting season ahead, filled with promise and potential.
