The U13 Girls Football team also had their first Central Venue matches this week. They played extremely well despite not having all played together before. In between two hard-fought losses to All Saints and Hele’s, the girls produced a fantastic display of football against Eggbuckland, winning 1-0. They really demonstrated how well they can work together as a team and Jade showed how to finish with a flick into the top corner of the goal! Excellent play by all, with a special mention to Summer for her solid work in defence and for her attacking runs & creating lots of opportunities. Well done girls - keep up the hard work!
